Q: What methods of shipping do you currently use?
A: We use various shipping companies to distribute our products, such as UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL.
Q: What is the charge for shipping your products?
A: As a valued customer shopping with us, there will not be a charge for any products shipped within the continental States.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, not all of our products can be shipped internationally. Only the products beginning with the skew letter A can be shipped internationally.
Q: What is the general time frame to receiving purchased products?
A: Most products will be delivered in approximately 2-3 weeks. However some products may be delivered sooner. There are also a few products that will take longer. Those products will have description saying so. If there are any questions regarding orders please feel free to contact us, as we are here to serve yoou and your needs.
Q: What is your policy for returning products?
A: There is a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. All that needs to be done is send the product back to the shipping address. Then a brief email must be sent to us as to why you chose not to keep the product, or what you did not like about it. We will then process and return your funds back to you.
Q: What is your policy for exchanges?
A: All products purchased must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. An email must be sent to us for the exchanged order. We will then process the request. Afterwards your exchanged product will be sent to you to include the cost of shipping. Also the product that you have received originally must be sent back to the shipping address to properly receive the exchanged product. If an exchanged product costs less than thr original purchased product, we will properly refund the difference after the cost of shipping is included.
Q: What happens if we have damaged products?
A: If your product id damaged in any way, some of the pieces can be replaced at no charge to you. Just send a brief email to us for what exactly is damaged, your contact information, in case we need to contact you, and what exactly is damaged. Since each of our suppliers is different from one another, you may need to send the damaged product back to the shipping address. Once we are notified of what is damaged, we will make sure that your replacements are sent to you in an expedient manner.
Q: Do you offer installation along with the purchase?
A: At this time we do not offer installation for any of the products that are purchased from us. We will try to provide as much information as possible to aid in the process of installing your product. You will in no way be obligated to use our resources that we provide. Who you choose to install your product is at your discretion.
